On April 19, the Florida House State Affairs Committee passed HJR 129, which would change the vote needed to pass a statewide initiative from 60% to 66.67%. The only statewide initiatives that exist in Florida are constitutional amendments. There is no procedure for an initiative to merely change a statute.
All Republicans on the committee voted in favor of the bill, and all Democrats voted against it.

The signature requirement in Florida is already really difficult, and they already require 60% of the vote, so this strikes me as overkill.

Your second amendment is only going to help you if you have a population grounded in the classics of Christian and European civilization and of sufficiently undiluted European blood to understand them. What you have instead is several successive generations weaned on the ever expanding welfare state, cultural bolshevism, deliberate dumbing down, ziocommunist stranglehold on the organs of miseducation and propaganda/persuasion, and much other social pathology that leaves a great deal of doubt that your country is capable of producing another generation that would renew the dying tree of liberty with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
