U.S. Supreme Court Orders Lower Court to Consider Requiring Louisiana to Redraw U.S. House Districts

On Monday, June 26, the U.S. Supreme Court issued an order in the Louisiana U.S. House Redistrcting Case, Louisiana Secretary of State v Robinson. The lower court must consider whether Louisiana must redraw its U.S. House Districts to Create a Second Black-Majority District. The order is unanimous.
