On September 22, New Hampshire Secretary of State said the filing period for presidential primary candidates is October 11 through October 27. However, the state still hasn’t set the date of the presidential primaries.
Secretary of State David Scanlon also said that he does not have the authority to keep Donald Trump off the New Hampshire Republican presidential primary ballot. Thanks to Darryl Perry for this news.
