Politico today published this story on 2024 Presidential ballot access difficulties for independent and third party candidates. While it focused on the Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. candidacy, it also addressed No Labels, and mentioned Ballot Access News and Richard Winger.

If RFK Jr. can raise $30 million for ballot access, which I think he can, then he will probably get 50 state plus DC ballot access as an independent. He will probably get an above average percentage of volunteer signatures as well.
Utah’s January deadline is an outlier. It’s not even close! The next earliest is in May. I want to donate to a campaign that sues Utah next year!
