US District Court Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Challenging Florida’s “Wet Signature” Requirement for Voter Registration — 4 Comments
Max plan FTW.
In person voter registration and voting would be a good start. No exceptions.
In Florida, there are a lot of complaints about this “service” where DMV employees are functionally required to update your voters registration to your new address and at the same time update your party registration to a party not of your choice. Being that a lot of voter rights are tied to the timing of your voter registration this can also be problematic for both getting to vote for the candidate of your choice and for running for office, too.
