No Labels Sues Copy-Cat Organization for Trademark Infringement

Last month, a Delaware corporation called No Labels.com came into existence, and it hosts a webpage that appears to mimic the website of No Labels, the group that is qualifying as a new party around the nation and which may run a presidential nominee. No Labels v NoLabels.com, 1:23cv-1384.

On December 4, No Labels filed a federal lawsuit to block the NoLabels.com website. Here is the Complaint. It says that the founders of NoLabels.com have not responded to letters from No Labels, and that the identity of the NoLabels.com organization’s founders and officers are cloaked. No Labels has held its trademark since 2011. Before it was a party, it was a pressure group.

  15. I think I understand the question. I would rephrase it as: what causes or drives them to be nazi Satanists?

    Demonic possession.

    Hatred of Russia, of Moscow the Third Rome, of Orthodoxy, of Jesus, of Patriarch Kiril, of God, of President Putin, of goodness, of righteousness, of light, of angels, of heaven.

    The same things which drove the persecutors of Jesus and the saints. The same things which cause hatred of Trump in your country. The same things which have caused people to become devil worshippers, evil doers, fascists, communists, Nazis, and every form of evil throughout history. The lies and temptations laid out by Lucifer, the fallen Angel of light, now the beast of darkness and head of the army of demons and unrepentant sinners.

    Fair point.

    What causes evil? The nature of man is fallen. It goes back to Lucifer taking the form of a snake and tempting Eve to tempt Adam to defy God. This is one reason women, like children, must be ruled by their husbands and fathers and never allowed to take power (or vote).

    The devil tempts men (and even more so women and children) with false promises. Promises of earthly power, which is transitory and ultimately illusory. Promises of wealth and sexual pleasure which ultimately prove unsatisfactory because they only lead to ever more insatiable appetites. Promises of vanity and fame and all the major sins, likewise.

    The devil promises freedom from God’s rules. He comes at us like a friend, a fellow oppressed creation. He doesn’t tell those who buy his lies that they are trading one set of rules for a much more oppressive one for eternity in hell, where all those appetites the devil stoked to gain a soul turn to unimaginable agony forever, without hope of redemption. The devil’s tyranny is total and complete in hell, and there’s no escape.

    The devil is there every time anyone cheats or takes a short cut or commits a crime. Every time a ruler or boss or husband or father or anyone in any position of power abuses it. Every time a person overeats or drinks to excess or does anything to excess, any time a child or wife rebels against their patriarch, any time that people join false religions, any time that responsibilities are neglected, any time a lie is told or a man takes or covets the property or women of another man, any time any sin is committed.

    There is always some short term gain or imagined gain, and a greater long term price, whenever we give into the devil’s lies. All lies come from Satan. Hitler was a Satanist, and his rise and fall illustrate what happens when a man gives himself fully to Satan. Zelensky and the Ukrainian fascists behind him are just like Hitler, but in today’s times.

  19. The devil is like a pimp: first when he hooks a hooker, and then when he turns her out. Once she is his, chasing his love, she is used and abused and punished at his whims, and she gives him everything she can and receives as little as possible, much like the reality for workers under Bolshevik oppression.

    The devil is like an addictive drug. She hooks a user with the initial high which can never be replicated. The poor addict then chases this high, or avoiding the pain of coming down, to the point of destroying anything and everything within reach, including him or herself.

    The devil is a liar. Always remember that.
