    Defendants illicitly present in the Capitol during the Jan. 6 riot can be convicted even if they were passively observing, according to a federal appeals court.
    The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Friday that trespassers in the Capitol during the riot did not need to be acting “disorderly” or “disruptive” to be found guilty of disorderly conduct, because such definitions “are nebulous but time has given them concrete contours in two ways important here.”
    “First, it is well-established that whether conduct qualifies as disorderly depends on the surrounding circumstances,” the court wrote. “Courts consistently observe that ‘whether a given act provokes a breach of the peace depends upon the accompanying circumstances,’ making it ‘essential that the setting be considered.’”

Speculation is ride that the single voter forms, which are not actually legal in most states, are being used for toilet paper due to high prices thanks to inflation bidenomics.

    I think you may have made one mistake though. Wasn’t the court case in Ohio that got rid of the November of the odd year deadline for party status petition in 2007-2008?

    I went to Ohio around late July or early July of 2007 to work on s party status petition, and I ended up getting two others to come as well. We gathered somewhere in the ballpark of 3,000-5,000 petition signatures for the Libertarian Party of Ohio, but then they ran out of money and not enough money to continue paying us to gather signatures came in so we left.

    I heard that the Libertarian Party of Ohio used the signatures we gathered to gain standing for their lawsuit, which they ended up winning. This law threw out Ohio’s party status ballot access law and the LP and a few other minor parties were able to get ballot status in Ohio for a few years after that until the Ohio legislature passed a new party status ballot access law.

    For one thing, Going Postal employees are heavily in favor of Biden. Biden’s only slim chance at a second term is to get 110% or more of the retard vote. With Jones Santos on the ballot, Biden would do worse than Herbert Hoover.

    For another, the snail would get crushed beneath the sheer weight of all the snail mail votes and one page petitions called for under the Jones plan. They are acting out of self preservation.

    Lastly there’s only like one or two states that accept one signature forms, so they’d be going in the trash anyway.

    Lansing — Current state law prohibits the Michigan Republican Party from starting to use caucuses, instead of primary elections, to nominate candidates, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office said Monday.

    Over the weekend, supporters of Kristina Karamo, whose role as the Michigan GOP’s chairwoman is currently being challenged, unveiled a proposal to shift away from primaries where registered voters can cast ballots and toward caucus meetings where precinct delegates would have control.

    The plan, if somehow enacted, would affect races for all partisan positions currently on the ballot, except precinct delegate and president, according to the language of the motion for the change.

    Demo Rep may have still inhabited the physical body of Thomas Jones, even though he fried what was left of his brain after a botched do it yourself abortion with a massive dose of bad lsd in 1968 and many subsequent rounds of electroshock therapy.
