Capital University Law Professor and Ballot Access Attorney Mark Brown Argues That States are Within Their Rights to Exclude Trump from Their Ballots — 4 Comments

  1. Professor Brown doesn’t discuss the strong point that political parties have a freedom of association to choose their own nominee without interference from the government. All the cases so far have involved whether Trump should be on various Republican presidential primary ballots, and the true candidates in presidential primaries are the candidates for delegate. Why should they be taken off the ballot just because they say they will vote for Donald Trump at the national convention?

  2. FACTIONS OF PUBLIC ELECTORS ARE N-O-T INDEPENDENT EMPIRES IN MAKING NOMINATIONS OF CANDIDATES FOR PUBLIC OFFICES AT PUBLIC PRIMARIES AND LATER PUBLIC GENL ELECTIONS.

ESP SINCE NOW OLDE TX WHITE PRIMARY CASES 1928-1932

ENDORSEMENT STUFF IS NOT SAME AS NOMINATION / BALLOT ACCESS STUFF.

  3. Gotta agree with Richard and White Men Can Trump.
