The United Kingdom held a House of Commons election on July 4. This wikipedia article shows that 12 parties won at least one seat. Scroll down quite a ways. One seat is still not decided as of Friday morning.
The English-Welsh Green Party won four seats, up from just one. The only reason this blog post singles out the Green Party is that there is an equivalent party in the United States.
British ballot access is equal and lenient. Candidates for House of Commons get on the ballot with 500 pounds and ten signatures. Great Britain does not suffer from crowded ballots. The typical district has fewer than eight candidates on the ballot.

Do you have a legitimate source? Wikipedia is not reliable.
@Steve
Wikipedia uses BBC and The Guardian:

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/ng-interactive/2024/jul/04/uk-general-election-results-2024-live-in-full
Though whether either of those communist propaganda mouthpieces is any more reliable is doubtful.

Also of note, the British Commons district has about 100K constituents. Ditto for Canada’s Commons. The German Bundesrat? About 125K. France’s National Assembly? About 110K. US Congress? About 800K. Not so representative.
Re the election, Richard failed to note one other important issue.
That’s the utter implosion of the Scottish Nationalist Party. A second matter of note is the surge of the Lib Dems. Yesterday’s exit polls projected 60 or so, which itself would have been huge, but 71 is incredible. The Tories will be the official opposition, but will be looking over their shoulder a small bit.
Contra Steve, while Wiki is not reliable on everything, it’s reliable and detailed on national elections throughout the world.
Does anyone know whether “Steve” is reliable?
What is reliable is Just Me is actually Robert K Stock.
Didn’t the Guardian once misspell its own name on the masthead?
“That’s the utter implosion of the Scottish Nationalist Party. A second matter of note is the surge of the Lib Dems.”
Both of these can be attributed to the shift of votes from the Conservatives to Labour. In Scotland, that shift collapsed the SNP, as Labour regained some of their old seats there. In England, the same shift from Conservative to Labour gave the LDs some new seats where the Conservatives collapsed.
