When the Florida Reform Praty nominated Ralph Nader in 2004, Democrats sued to remove the Reform Party from the ballot. However, the Reform Party won the lawsuit in State Supreme Court.

I think this time we’ll succeed. We’ve gotten better at removing parties from the ballot since 2004. Removing parties from the ballot is one of the many ways we demonstrate our deep and abiding love of democracy each and every day.
We need to remove all parties except the Democratic Party from the ballot in order to save democracy. I believe that under President Harris we will be able to at long last accomplish this long standing goal.
