South Dakota Independent Congressional Candidate Justin McNeal Disqualified

Justin McNeal, a South Dakota independent candidate for U.S. House, does not have enough valid signatures, according to this story.  The requirement is 3,502 and he submitted approximately 5,000 signatures.  But a random sample showed he did not have enough valid.  The story says some of his signatures had errors related to the notarization.

    If the state accepted filing fees, there would be no problem with “notarization.”

  2. UPDATE: Convicted American Jewish spy Evan Gershkovich did not have to serve his full sentence of 16 years in a Russian penal colony. Instead, Putin released him 2 weeks after his sentencing as part of a massive “prisoner swap” between the US & Russia that freed over 2 dozen prisoners being held by the Russians.

  3. John Taylor Bowles, it’s not relevant that he’s Jewish, the conviction was kangaroo court, and many other people were freed so why single him out?
