This story says that Joel Skousen, presidential nominee of the Constitution Parties of Nevada and Utah, has withdrawn, leaving those two state parties with no presidential nominee. However, each party is free to choose a new nominee.
Randall Terry is the presidential nominee of the Constitution Party in other states, except that the Idaho Constitution Party is still undecided, but will choose someone, possibly Terry, on Sunday, August 4. Thanks to commenter George for the link.

Are you sure this is reliable? I highly doubt a 70 year old presidential candidate would announce their withdrawal on Discord, a gaming platform.

Just for context, Joel was running for the New Era Party’s Nomination, and the only way to do that was through the discord. We got on call with all candidates, and that was him. Multiple seniors, including William Lee Hunt, are presidential candidates in the server.
Another interesting thing is Joel deleted his X/Twitter Account, but his backup is still open. Will be releasing more screenshots soon.

Who is George impersonating and how is it criminal?
Joel Skousen, and possibly additional people. He is attempting to harm the victim by damaging his political campaign through falsely trying to create the impression that the candidate withdrew. He is doing this by creating and propagating a fake news story using impersonator social media accounts and/or Photoshop images purporting to come from the candidate announcing a withdrawal.
