  1. The Democratic Party should be ashamed of itself for using lawfare against a candidate that MANY voters from the left, right, and all the parties in between support. They say they need to defend Democracy all while trying to strip the American people of their choices for President. I hope that Pennsylvania, home of the City of Brotherly Love, the state that our Nations Great Constitution was signed, gives the people what they want which is Robert F Kennedy Jr on the ballot.

  2. any idea how long we have to wait to hear from the commonwealth court regarding Randall Terry ?

  3. It’s incredible that the “Democratic” party is still an entity after suing to keep third parties off ballots for years. They’ve done so in local, state and presidential elections and each time it’s a feeble attempt to stop votes from being siphoned off, and has absolutely nothing to do with actual legal concerns. Hope they understand that this will only breed more hatred for their party! There’s nothing democratic about Democrats.

  4. On the contrary, stopping spoilers from siphoning votes in order to stop actual fascists from creating a totalitarian dictatorship is in fact the essence of democracy. We will democratically remove as many candidates who are not Democrats from as many ballots as possible
