American Independent Party Retains Nomination of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. — 10 Comments

  1. Interesting news. But is James Bradley not going to file as a write-in candidate in other states? The Green Papers isn’t aware of him having filed anywhere yet but there’s still time.

  2. The original post was wrong. The California Secretary of State’s office was the source of the misinformation, in a phone call. The employee who gave out the misinformation probably was looking at the American Independent Party’s presidential primary.

  3. Thanks for updating your post, Richard. I’m so glad to hear that the late Bill and Eileen Shearer’s party kept Bobby on the California ballot.

Needless to say, I’m disappointed that Kennedy threw his support to Trump in the critical swing states to avoid the dreaded “spoiler” label, but who can blame him? While I would’ve preferred that he simply withdraw in those states, I’m enormously happy he’s keeping his name on the ballot in the other forty safely red and solidly blue states.

    Smart strategy.

Screw the swing states, the same set of citizens who are lavished with all the attention every quadrennial cycle after cycle.

What about the vast majority of the country, those living in states who are taken for granted in virtually every presidential election?

While Trump and Harris duke it out in the nine or ten so-called battleground states, we’ll take back our country.

Let’s turn America purple. Let’s unite behind a real leader, a prophetic and courageous voice talking about the kinds of substantive changes needed to make America the healthy, peace-loving and caring society it can and should be.

    The Kennedy legacy lives.

    All the way with RFK!

  4. Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and five other battleground/swing states, per NotTheBee. Which states? Not a clue.

Since California isn’t a swing state, presumably Kennedy wants to stay on the ballot there. I’m curious whether the AIP still wants that too.

  5. Nuna,

The AIP wants that too, If they did not he would have been replaced. The issue Will the Dems file suit over a false claim that RFK JR. Domicile is in California and Amendmen 12 to the Constitution applies.

  6. I know RFK has withdrawen in AZ. Which other states has he x withdrawen from so far and when was that?
