Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Sues Wisconsin to Remove His Name from Ballot

On September 3, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. sued the Wisconsin Election Commission to remove his name from the ballot. The lawsuit argues that independent candidates are denied equal treatment, because party nominees have flexibility to withdraw as late as September, whereas independent candidates cannot withdraw after the August 6 filing deadline. The case is in state court in Dane County.

  1. Friends,

We now have the costs of this additional lawsuit to get Bobby off the ballot in Wisconsin as well as the lawsuits to get him removed from the ballot in Michigan and North Carolina and the lawsuit to get him ON the ballot in New York.

I know all of you care deeply about ballot access; otherwise you’d be off jet-skiing or playing tennis on this beautiful summer day in which the wonderful Richard Winger will be doubling whatever contribution you make when you go to Kennedy2024.com.

Bobby must be allowed to say which states he wants to be on the ballots of and which states he doesn’t. He is a member of the Kennedy family after all.

Give until it hurts, Kennedy2024.com. Do it today and your donation will be tripled!!!

    Bless you, my generous friends!

    💋💋💋
    Cheryl

  2. Why would I give RFK Jr money? Will he free the world of the fake jew yoke? No, he is an even bigger israhell sycophant than Trump and Kampala.

  3. We are happy to take donations but not from anti Semitic Nazis who don’t even like “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” you worthless piece of excrement.

Fuck you and the $12 you have to your stinky name.

    Love ❤️ to everyone else.

  4. I’m a national capitalist, and could give you $12 million if it was legal and if I liked you. I’d say that’s what you get for asking, but you’ll get the same amount as if I really did have $12 to my name. Thanks for playing.

  5. For what it’s worth, though, if you’re actually Cheryl Hines, I actually did enjoy your performance in your fake jew propaganda show. My name is rather unremarkable, quite stereotypical for an old money equity firm partnership, and inherited (I’m a V, and informally a Fiff). It smells great and opens doors.

  6. Richard Winger,

Someone purporting to be Cheryl Hines Kennedy claims that you are personally offering a 2:1 match for all donations to the RFK JR campaign today.

    1) is that true or a lie that you are offering such a match?

    2) how can you do that, if it’s true? I’m not tempted to donate, but aren’t there individual contribution limits?

    3) Those limits wouldn’t apply to Nicole Shanahan, since she’s on the ticket. Why would or could it be anyone other than her offering a donor match?

  7. Cheryl,

Are you actually claiming to be Cheryl Hines Kennedy?

If yes, will your publicist verify this claim if contacted directly?

Did you also make a post on a prior article here alluding to you having an onlyfans account? I’m not asking for a link. It would be sufficient to know whether you said that you do.

Did you make a post on a prior article here saying the fate of your marriage might depend on how well campaign fundraising performs?
