Shiva Ayyadurai Removed from Louisiana Ballot Because He Chose a Prohibited Ballot Label

On August 30, the Louisiana Secretary of State wrote a letter to independent presidential candidate Shiva Ayyadurai, telling him that his place on the ballot was rejected because he had chosen the partisan label “independent”, and that word is prohibited because there is a ballot-qualified Independent Party in Louisiana.

Louisiana election procedures say that if a ballot label is rejected, the Secretary will communicate with the candidate to let him or her choose a different label. But the Secretary of State did not communicate that message. Also the letter didn’t arrive until August 30. And even though the letter said his filing fee check was being returned, the check was not returned.

  1. Besides the silliness of not letting candidates run under any label they please, having ones label of choice get rejected should NEVER ever lead to being removed from the ballot. If the candidate fails to choose a different (permissible) label, just put them on the ballot without label.

This is Nancy Landry (RINO) DELIBERATELY failing to inform a candidate that their label of choice was rejected in a timely manner, so that she can remove him from the ballot. Her also failing to inform him that he can choose a different label and then also failing to return his filing fee, is just the icing and the cherry on the cake.

  2. That’s SO dumb. So every Independent is absolutely forced to make up a fake party name for Louisiana? Is that the only state where that’s the case?

  3. Donald Trump is the name of the President who will be beaming
When muds get dragged out of our land all kicking and screaming

  4. The other seven candidates who are not nominees of qualified parties chose slogans (e.g. “Godliness, Truth, Justice”). The instructions on the application form said specifically to not use the name of one of the five qualified parties.

  5. He doesn’t just need to be removed from the ballot. He and all his kind need to be removed from the country!

  6. You’re the one who’s against everything the US was founded and built in answer to by people who fled from it from other countries in every part of the world. If anyone needs to be removed, it’s you.

  7. J.D. VANCE is a WINO: White In Name Only.

He is married to Usha Chilukuri, a liberal Democrat whose parents were born in India. The couple have three mixed-race children.

He is the author of the memoir Hillbilly Elegy (2016), which slanders Appalachian Whites by portraying them as drug addicts, petty criminals and hopeless losers.

He is a staunch Zionist, who puts Israel’s welfare before that of the US.

On July 30, Jewish media in Israel and the US simultaneously revealed that Vance’s chief of staff was the Jew Jacob Reses. If Reses remains at the post (and is not replaced by another Jew), this means that if Vance becomes the vice president, and later ascends to the presidency, that Reses will be the Jew behind the scenes calling the shots, the de facto unelected president.
