Jill Stein Ohio Vote-Counting Hearing Set for Tuesday, October 22

A U.S. District Court will hear Stein v LaRose, s.d., 2:24cv-04042, on Tuesday, October 22. This is the case over whether Jill Stein’s votes should be counted. She is on the ballot in Ohio, but after the ballots were printed, the Secretary of State said he would not count her votes, because he perceived that her vice-presidential candidate had withdrawn, even though the vice-presidential candidate had not withdrawn.

Some evidence was taken on Wednesday, October 16, at the status conference.

In 2018, LaRose ran for SoS unopposed in the GOP primary, then beat Democrat Kathleen Clyde and LINO shithead Dustin Nanna in the general.

In 2022, he was challenged for re-election in the GOP primary by John Adams – presumably not the dead president – but somehow managed to win with almost two-thirds of the vote. He then defeated Democrat Chelsey Clark and independent Terpsehore “Tore” Maras in the general election.

Maras is an election integrity activist and quite an interesting and lively character. From what I can tell, she would have made a much better Secretary or State than any of the other candidates I mentioned.
