Michigan Secretary of State Files Response in U.S. Supreme Court in Kennedy Withdrawal Case

On October 28, the Michigan Secretary of State filed this response in Kennedy v Benson, 24A405, the lawsuit over whether Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. should be permitted to withdraw in Michigan. Like the Wisconsin withdrawal case, this is in the U.S. Supreme Court.

  1. Stop printing the names of candidates on the ballot. Let the voters vote and then count all those uncensored ballots. To assure all valid ballots are counted, give each voter an encrypted receipt the voter can use to verify the content of their ballot as cast was not lost or altered in any way.

  2. RFK Jr is trying to prevent people from voting for a legitimate slate of presidential electors.

    THAT is a sore loser, not a candidate that tries to keep running after losing a party primary.
