Top-Four Primary with Ranked Choice Voting Survives in Alaska

But, it was surely close. The final results are covered in this story from Alaska Public Media. The vote is 159,955 in favor of repeal, to 160,619 who wish to keep the system. The percentages are 50.1% to 49.9%.

Opponents of the top-four system say they will try another repeal initiative in 2026.
