  2. An elector by district or state percentage would be fairer for the voters because it would reflect the vote more actuarily.

  3. I hope this initiative fails to pass because Nebraska and Maine are the only states where minor party and independent presidential candidates have a chance at winning a district which means an Electoral College votes.
