Missouri Bill to Restore Presidential Primary

Missouri State Senator David Gregory (R-St. Louis) has introduced SB 1139, to restore the presidential primary. The bill would set the primary on the second Tuesday of March.

  1. No need for primary. Vote in person by party. Standing Count or voice vote on the record. Winning party picks officeholders and replaces them at will. Picks them using whatever method it wants , administered and paid for by itself with no government interference or help. Immediately after or prior to in case they win election, at the party’s discretion.
