President Trump Sues BBC; Case is Filed in Florida

On December 15, President Trump sued the BBC for slander and libel. The case is filed in U.S. District Court in Florida. Trump v BBC, s.d., 1:25cv-25894. No judge has been assigned to the case yet. Here is the Complaint.

UPDATE: the case is assigned to U.S. District Court Judge Roy Altman, a Trump appointee.

  7. If President Trump wins, (which I doubt) there is no way he can force the BBC to pay. Just like Mexico did not pay one centavo for the border wall. This law suit is bluster and posturing

  23. Wee All is a young man who was molested and abused by an older man when he was a boy. He has unresolved feelings for this older man and always believes any leftist man, or even woman, is secretly the object of his obsession.

    Wee All discontinued court ordered psychiatric care, preferring to self medicate with illegal street drugs, alcohol, pornography, and trolling on the internet. He is still wearing the panties he was molested in years ago and never takes them off for any reason.

    There is some concern that he may perpetuate the abuse, which is mitigated by the fact that he hasn’t left his parents basement in quite a few years now.
