Massachusetts voters will be voting on a top-two initiative in November. A University of New Hampshire Bay State Poll released September 24 shows that the initiative is backed by 41% of the voters, opposed by 39%, and 19% are undecided. The initiative is on the ballot as Question Three.
The same poll asked about the U.S. Senate race in Massachusetts. The results: Democrat Ed Markey 53%, Republican John Deaton 30%, Socialism & Liberation Joe Tache 9%, undecided 8%. The poll did not mention the fourth candidate on the ballot, Shiva Ayyadurai, an independent. Here are the details of the poll.

Supreme Court allows Trump to resume SAVE verification system to keep non-citizens from voting

Trump just picked up a W at the Supreme Court.
In a 6-3 decision, the usual suspects dissenting, the Supreme Court has ruled to allow the Trump admin to continue its voter verification program (SAVE), which allows the federal government to audit voter rolls to make sure that only legit American citizens have votes.
In a close midterm, this ruling just over a month out from the election could make a difference.
