On October 23, the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee filed this brief in U.S.A. v State of Alaska, 3:26cv-376. This is the case in which the federal government seeks a court order barring Alaska from certifying the results of its U.S. Senate election if incumbent Senator Dan Sullivan does not win.

  1. The issue as I see it the US Attorney did a poor job. Near 1/5 of the Alaska Electors are natives which in addition to being citizens under the Nationaly Act of 1940 (effective 13 January 1941) are also wards of the USA. As a hardship the general government would have the right to protect its wards from defective ballots issued by the State of Alaska that are legally flawed.

  2. ALL USA American Indians *WARDS* in AK in USA ghettoes / aka *reservations* —

getting food, clothing and shelter via usa American Indian agents ???

ANY Indian WARS in AK- USA Army/Navy vs olde Indian tribes ???

see now olde movie Fort Apache – Fonda-Wayne.
