Ohio Libertarian Party, for the Second Time, Passes the Vote Test for Ongoing Qualified Status

The Ohio Libertarian Party nominee for Governor is polling 3.3%, and 89% of the vote has been counted. Ohio requires a vote of 3% for Governor (in midterm years) and 3% for President (in presidential years) for a party to retain qualified status. This is the second time the Libertarian Party has met the Ohio vote test. The first time was in 2016, when Gary Johnson got 3.17% in Ohio.
