Connecticut Bill to Remove Discriminatory Parts of Public Funding Advances

On April 12, the Connecticut Joint Appropriations Committee passed HB 5021, the bill that eliminates the parts of the public funding law that discriminate against independent candidates and also discriminates against most minor party candidates.
