Arizona Bill Advancing September Primary Signed into Law

Maryland February Primary Bill Signed

On April 24, Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley signed SB 1025. It moves Maryland’s primary in presidential years from March, to the 2nd Tuesday in February. In 2008, that will be February 12. Thanks to Tony Roza for this news.

Hawaii Senate Overrides Governor’s Veto of National Popular Vote Plan
