Ohio Governor Signs Bill Relaxing Deadline for Parties to Certify the Names of their National Tickets

On Sunday, June 2, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed HB 2, the bill that moves the deadline for qualified parties to certify their national tickets from 90 days before the election, to 65 days.  The bill only affects 2024.
