Even though a New Jersey state court ruled on October10 that the state election code requires party-column or party-row general election ballots, Salem County and Sussex County are using office-group ballots next month.
Here is the new Gloucester County, New Jersey sample ballot for the November 2025 election. As noted earlier, New Jersey state courts ruled that the last week’s ballot, an office-group ballot, was illegal.
The Party for Socialism and Liberation will petition in 2026 to get Joseph Tache on the ballot for U.S. Senate in Massachusetts. Here is his campaign website. In the past, PSL has not petitioned for any partisan office in midterm years.
