New Colorado Registration Data

Here is the July 1 2017 Colorado registration tally. The percentages are: Democratic 31.49%; Republican 31.25%; Libertarian 1.18%; Green .34%; Constitution .32%; Unity .03%; independent and miscellaneous 35.40%.

In November 2016, the percentages were: Democratic 31.80%; Republican 31.51%; Libertarian 1.16%; Green .35%; Constitution .30%; Unity .02%; independent and miscellaneous 34.86%.

New Arizona Registration Data

On July 22, the Arizona Secretary of State released the July 1, 2017 registration tally. The percentages: Republican 34.63%; Democratic 30.27%; Libertarian .88%; Green .19%; independent and miscellaneous 34.04%.

The November 2016 percentages had been: Republican 34.54%; Democratic 30.41%; Libertarian .87%; Green .19%; independent and miscellaneous 33.98%.

Colorado “Disobedient” Presidential Electors File Amended Complaint in Case On Whether Electors Have Free Will

On July 18, a U.S. District Court in Colorado permitted Polly Baca and Robert Nemanich to file an amended complaint in their lawsuit against the Colorado Secretary of State, who wouldn’t let several Democratic presidential electors remain in office if they tried to vote for someone other than Hillary Clinton. Here is their amended complaint, which was filed as soon as permission was given, on July 18. The case is Baca v Hickenlooper, 1:16cv-2986.

The amended complaint says the plaintiffs intend to try to become presidential electors again in 2020.

New Alaska Registration Data

As of July 3, here is the Alaska registration data. Percentages are: Republican 27.16%; Democratic 14.69%; Alaskan Independence 3.25%; Libertarian 1.42%; Green .33%; Constitution .07%; independent and miscellaneous 53.09%.

In November 2016, the percentages were: Republican 27.20%; Democratic 14.85%; Alaskan Independence 3.29%; Libertarian 1.43%; Green .32%; Constitution .07%; independent and miscellaneous 52.84%.
