Arizona Bill for Equal Order of Candidates Loses by One Vote

On April 1 the Arizona Senate defeated HB 2045 by 14-15. It would have given every candidate an equal chance to be listed first on the November ballot. Every Democrat voted against it. Currently every Democratic nominee is listed first because Democrats won the gubernatorial race in 2022.
