Nevada Democratic Party Files Notice to Appeal Nevada Green Party Decision

On August 13, the Nevada Democratic Party filed a notice of appeal in the ballot access lawsuit concerning the Green Party.  The trial state court had ruled against the Democratic Party and had kept the Green Party on the ballot.
