FrontloadingHQ has this list of 2023 legislative bills concerning ranked choice voting, as well as a summary of where RCV has been used in recent past presidential caucuses and party-run presidential primaries.
Recently, the Oregon group that backs STAR Voting announced it is about to start circulating its statewide initiative. STAR voting is somewhat similar to Ranked Choice Voting. But STAR voting lets voters rank each candidate with between zero and five “stars”. See the STAR website for more information.

On January 26, U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) introduced a proposed constitutional amendment for term limits for members of Congress. Here is the text. Thanks to Michael Drucker for the link.
Starting in 1995, most sessions of Congress have had such proposed amendments. Cruz himself introduced the same one in each of the last three sessions of Congress.
This CNN article explains that many states’ 2020 census redistricting laws are still in court. For U.S. House districts alone, the boundaries could be changed by courts in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, and Utah.
