Washington, D.C. City Council Repeals Ban on Out-of-District Petitioners but Does Not Pass Bill to Move Primary from April to June

On July 10, the Washington, D.C. city council gave final passage to B20-0245, which permanently repeals the ban on out-of-district circulators. But the Council did not pass B20-0265, which moves the primary for all office (president and everything else) from April to June.
