Michigan Supporters of Straight Ticket Device Ask U.S. Supreme Court to Restore the Device, but Court Declines

On September 6, supporters of Michigan’s straight ticket device asked the U.S. Supreme Court to restore the straight-ticket device. But on September 7, the Court declined to take any action.
