Demo Rep, thank you for that link. That Washington Post story is erroneous when it says the Maine deadline has passed. Many big news media stories have that wrong.
If this guy weren’t a celebrity, he would be dismissed as a crank. He has no organization to get on the ballot anywhere by any method any time soon.

There are at least 4 states he can get on without even petitioning. He can get on the ballot in Oklahoma, Colorado, and Louisiana by merely paying a filing fee. He can get on the ballot in Vermont, merely by filing some paperwork with the state.
