This year, only three independent presidential petitions were submitted in Idaho: those for Rocky De La Fuente, Kanye West, and Brock Pierce. They have not been verified yet. The requirement is 1,000 signatures.
The qualified parties in Idaho are: Republican, Democratic, Libertarian, Constitution.
If all the third party candidates l would say that Brock Pierce is along with the Libertarian party, the candidate that is trying to get ballot access to each US state. I initially thought that it would be Rocky La Fuente but he did not try in Oklahoma where he would have to pay a 30k fee. He certainly could afford the cost as he is a multi millionaire.
De La Fuente’s campaign may not have been aware that the filing fee was an option. I believe it’s new this year.
Brock is only likely to qualify for the ballot in maybe 15 states, maybe 20 at the most, but likely under 20.
