Kanye West Loses Wisconsin Ballot Access Case in State Trial Court — 6 Comments

  1. Garbage like this ought to embolden those with the financial means to begin preparing NOW for an “i”s-dotted, “t”s-crossed 2024 campaign. Richard, I think you should write the manual on it. You could name your price.

  2. It could help but major parties could still find ways to tamper with ballot access such as convince electors that they were « tricked » into signing in for a third party. For next presidential elections if Mark Cuban, Justin Amash and Howard Schultz decide to run perhaps they can seek Libertarian party nomination. That is one party that regularly gets ballot access through all of the states.

Maybe someone from the Libertarian party can contact them at least a year before election year to find that out. Mark Cuban said that he won’t run in 2020 because this family did not want him to run. But what about 2024? Howard Shultz decided not to run because Biden got the nomination and he had back problems. Amash prefers
to run down the road. He is only 40 years old.

  3. Will the USA survive the Nov 2020 election ???

Somewhat survived the Nov 1860 election at the cost of about 750,000 DEAD in 1861-1865, multi-thousands maimed for life, paper money inflation, USA debt, ongoing racism, etc.
