On February 9, the Maricopa County Libertarian Party sued Maricopa County election officials over their refusal to permit political parties to have observers at the forensic audit of election equipment that began earlier this month. The county invited many organizations to watch, including the League of Women Voters, but it did not invite representatives of any political party. The One Party Earth and the USS Liberty Party USA are pleased to announce a cooperative effort in 2021 to get good publicity about the work we’re doing with the survivors of the June 8th 1967 USS Liberty Incident.

So your theory is that the libertarians will prove there was voter fraud that cost Rump the election? Good luck with that.
No theory at all, other than that election fraud does happen.
Perhaps the AZ Libertarians might be more worried about whether the vote count was accurate towards Jorgensen and other third/minor party candidates?
That would be a valid motive for the lawsuit. But the fact that they weren’t invited doesn’t in itself demonstrate the extent of voter fraud if any. It could have been an oversight, or Republicans and Democrats not wanting to give a minor party recognition by treating them as equals in the process. Voter fraud could have also occurred, but Arizona results have already been closely examined by multiple interested parties and no large scale fraud was found. Not inviting a minor party says very little about the extent of any alleged fraud, although I can see why it would raise the concern or suspicion.
Trump won Arizona and nationwide by a lot. It was a huge, historic landslide that was stolen by the communist democrats and their communist Chinese masters.

X, if I’m reading the summary correctly they didn’t invite ANY parties, major or minor. I’m guessing that they were worried about disruptive/violent behavior by one particular party (not Libertarians, not Democrats) and to preserve the appearance of neutrality excludes all party reps.
That is a bogus reason. All parties should be able to send observers.
