The only four states that still haven’t released their official November 2006 election returns are Massachusetts, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The Pennsylvania returns will be especially interesting, since the state elections department has indicated it will include write-ins (something that Pennsylvania has not done, for the most part, during the last 20 years).
In addition to those you have listed above, I’m still missing official results from Maine (no results at all on their web page), Indiana (web page says results are preliminary and not final – further digging shows that they are supposed to be complete no later than 12/20/06), Tennessee Governor (Results for Governor have not been certified), and Iowa (web page says it won’t be certified until 1/8/07)
