Charles Foster Resigns as National Chair of One Faction of Reform Party

Effective December 31, 2007, Charles Foster resigned as national chair of what might be called the “Texas-Florida” faction of the Reform Party. That group will now choose a new national chair.

In the meantime, the lawsuit filed by the Rodney Martin faction in federal court in San Francisco has a hearing on January 23. The Texas-Florida faction of the party has filed a motion to dismiss that lawsuit. The Martin faction of the party is trying to get that hearing postponed.

  1. Excuse me, how can this web site refer to (2) States, Texas and Florida as a National Reform Party or a faction. The Reorm Party USA just concluded a Convention in which the New York State Independence Party affiliated with the Reform Party and the Convention was participated in by numerous State Parties, not to mention the court wins.

The courts have ruled and the Reform Party Convention has acted and the current Texas and Florida Parties are not affiliates or members of the National body.

  2. Excuse me, the Texas and FLorida cabal includes others states whom could not be less interested in Shawn O’Hara, Rodney ‘All Talk’ Martin, and fascist thug John Blare.

The divides are long standing and deep and exasperated by the immoral behavior of Sacramento convention associates like Valli Sharpe-Giesler, John Blare, and John Bambey.

  3. According to the most recent filings and news reports, there are no other “States”.

Mr. Lake’s personal attacks seem petty and uncalled for.
