NY Times Article Analyzes Who Pays for Commission on Presidential Debates — No Comments

  1. little attention will be paid to who exactly is sponsoring the event: the beer giant Anheuser-Busch; the International Bottled Water Association, a trade group; and EDS, a subsidiary of the technology company Hewlett-Packard.

Ross Perot’s EDS? Gotta love that irony….

  2. I don’t think the author of the article realized he was reporting on the foxes guarding the hen house. Conflicts of interest were probably difficult even in 1789. However, as the federal gubment has ballooned in size and scope, there appears to be a conflict of interest in all facets of government and the process.

  3. We the people need to demand an answer to the Rock The Debates letter presented in person to the CPD office. This is our republic not bud light’s !!

PS It is time to ask the same Rock The Debates question of congressmen running for office and get them on tape with the answer.
