All briefs were filed on October 23 in the Arkansas Supreme Court, in Dwayne Dobbins’ ballot access lawsuit. The Court said it will decide the issue quickly. Dobbins won the Democratic primary for State House in the 39th district, but the Democratic Party removed him from the November ballot.
