California Official Canvass of Votes Not Known Until December 13

On November 21, the California Secretary of State’s office said the official canvass won’t be available until December 13, which is a Saturday. So statewide write-in totals in California, and the final figures for ballot-listed candidates in that state, can’t be known until then.

  1. This would seem to imply that with the major increase
in voting this year the SoS office is understaffed for
the counting of write-in ballots in California. It is
much more time consuming to verify both VBM and the
provisional ballots that need reconciling for the final
    canvass report.

  2. Reply to Charles Deemer. The issue is not the write-in votes. The issue relates to the person name Ilene Huber that Mr. Myers submitted on the
Dems list of electoral college members. Ms. Huber
was not registered to vote in Los Angeles County.
That puts all the Dems in a Constitutional problem,
because the Congressional District office holder or
camdidates did not direct 55 good appointment to the California SOS. What the SOS got was an e-mail
from Mr. Myers only, with at least one elector
not quified to serve, because she did not comply
with the requirements to be a California elector
under the United States Constitution Amendendment
XVII. Charles, If you phone me I will give you
additional information on what has been going down
    over the past week.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
    Independent Party.

  3. The Peoples Exhibit #1

    AIP Regulars V. The Hijackers:

A rational comment concerning the topic from a representative of the former and a completely off the subject harangue about Democratic electors from the leader of the latter in a roundabout attempt to promote their lawsuit against Obama.

Mark, if the purported problem concerning the validity a Democratic elector is somehow related in any way to the cited delay in the official California canvass of votes, you certainly didn’t make the connection.

  4. The counties count the votes. If it is true that the counties are taking longer than usual to count the votes because there are so many write-ins, that of course would be an indirect cause of the Secretary of State’s late canvass.

In defense of comment #2, there could be a connection between the late canvass and the error in the Democratic Party’s slate of presidential elector candidates.

  5. Reply to Gary Odem in commen # 3.

Ilene Huber is not registered to vote in Los Angeles County. I found out about it last Monday
from Dean Logan’s office in Norwalk. According to
his office no one confirmed that any of the persons, submitted by Mr. Myers of the Dems Party of CA, were registered to vote in LA County. The
CA SOS office never asked the LA County Registrar
of Voters, if any of the person’s in the e-mail list that had addresses in LA County, where in fact
register to vote. This is California and not North
Dakota. CA Election Code has more Presidential Electorial Requirements than the State of North
Dakota. But not the extensive list that the write-in campaign that you in the CP sent out to the
San Diego Minutemen, viz. over 35 years of age and
14 continous years in the United States for the electors of Baldwin.

Remember Gary that on July 20, 2007 the AIP State Central Committee removed the registered Republican
Rayna Mike King who listed herself as the “Republican Business Woman of the Year” on her
website. That vote of Dr. Don Grundmann to remove
Rayna Mike King from the State Central Committee of
the American Independent Party for cause was in my
    view correct.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American Independent Party.

  6. Further comment to Charles Deemer in comment # 1.

The CA SOS does not count ballots. That is done by
the different County Registrar of Voters and/or Clerks.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American
    Independent Party.

Response : Yes, I unfortunately did make that vote as Mark describes but it was at a time when 1) I did not fully investigate the information which Mark presented and 2) I did not understand the total corruption of Mark Seidenberg. I now know that 1) my vote regarding Rayna was in complete error and 2) Mark Seidenberg is a utterly corrupt person and a total and complete liar. I woke up too late to save our party from his corruption but thankfully he and his corrupt friends such as Mark Robinson, Ed Noonan, Alan Keyes, and Tom Hoefling; persons one and all corrupt to the bone and beyond as he himself is; will be destroyed in the coming months and the party will be saved from their criminality.

Don Grundmann Vice-Chairman American Independent Party of California
