The Alabama Legislature convenes on February 3rd with bills being pre-filed even now. The deadline for introducing bills is the 26th day of the session according to a spokesperson contacted today in the Alabama Senate.
For those serious 3rd party and independent leaders who want to work for the introduction of a bill which will allow 3rd party and independent candidates to obtain ballot position with a filing fee, you need to step forward.
