Libertarian Hopes to Qualify for Special New York U.S. House Election — 5 Comments

  1. i trust the will sue for equal treatment with ballot access parties (ask for greatly reduced petition total)

  2. If the issue of over crowded ballot is to be taken at face value, it could be legitmate, then a practical solution would be to look at this presidential election national popular vote totals and state that the top ‘x’ number of paries would have automatic or very liberal ballot access.

  3. Good luck trying to get on the ballot. 12 days is not very much time to collect 3,500 signatures in a congressional district.

  4. even a thousand is too high number / burden when you don’t know when to start in the dead of winter — this is not NYC on foot.
