On October 5, paperwork on behalf of the Alan Keyes faction of the American Independent Party was filed in the lawsuit King v Robinson, pending in California Superior Court in Solano County. The lawsuit had been filed by the faction of the AIP that is loyal to the national Constitution Party, back on March 16, 2009. The case had been stalled ever since, because the Keyes faction had been ducking service, but the response shows that both sides are now entered into the case. The purpose of the lawsuit is to determine who the proper state party officers are. In 2008, rival state conventions had been held, and the California Secretary of State had recognized the Keyes faction. Consequently, she placed Alan Keyes on the November 2008 ballot instead of Chuck Baldwin.
This guy Keyes seems to have the goal of ensuring full employment for every lawyer in Califonia, if not the US (maybe the entire world).
Keyes is backed by Republican money as described at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com. With the goal of destroying the Constitution Party and the 3rd party conservative movement in our nation he will be given all of the money that he needs to accomplish his task.

I do believe that President Obama is fraudulently in office in regard to the birth certificate issue. Second, Don Grndmann is a member of the State Central Committee of the American Independent
Party. He has held no office in the party since
September 2, 2008 (over a year ago). He has never
been Vice Chairman of the American Independent
Party. In 2008 then Chairman Ed Noonan removed
Dr. Don Grndmann as an Area Director of the American Independent Party.
The American Independent Party is not a branch of
the Constitution Party and never has been. The
affiliation (national) has been with the America’s
Independent Party, since the State Central Committee of the American Independent Party vote on
the subject of national affiliation on Friday, June
27, 2008. That affiliation with the America’s
Independent Party ended any connection AIP had with
the Constitution Party.
Backgrond, I was the elected head of the California
delegation to the Convention of the Constitution Party in April, 2008. It was National Committee
Woman Grace Hill that placed my name in nomination
of that honor. Thank you Grace. I was also the
elected Chairman of the 2008 Convention of the
American Independent Party which took place in the
California Secretary of State Building in Sacramento on July 5, 2008. Don Grundmann was a delegate to that Convention and even address the
other delegates of his views from the floor.
As for Rayna Mike King she was removed from office
by the State Central Committee on July 20, 2007. An
act that Dr. Don Grundmann voted for, because she was registered to vote as a Republican and posted
on her website she was “Republican Business Woman of the Year”. Is this the concern of Larry in post # 6. Also note at Kansas City both of the King’s
vote was for Dr. Alan Keyes for President.
The only issue that Mr. Markham Robinson has addressed in the case of KING v. ROBINSON was a
motion to quash the summons. Hearing is set for
February, 26, 2010 in Department 2 at 9:00 AM
(Superior Court of the County of Solano), Fairfield, California, before the honorable judge
William C. Harrison.
KING v. ROBINSON was filed by James King on March
16, 2009.

On October 7, 2009 an addition lawsuit was filed by
James King against Markham Robinson which is also before Judge William C. Harrison. One can only hope that his Brewtown lawyer can learn how to make
proper service so motions on the way service is conducted can cause a legal reply to that bogus lawsuit. The case number is FCS034452.

Central Committee of the American Independent
Party at the auditorium of the California Secretary
of State Building, you would have seen the election
of the party officer. I was re-elected Vice Chairman for 2 years and Markham Robinson was elected the Chairman also for a two year term.
In the AIP the Chairman and Vice Chairman are officers of the party.
Again Dr. Don Grundman, since September 2, 2008
has held no office in the party. He is not know
nor ever have been a Vice Chairman of the AIP.

It is over, viz., KING v. ROBINSON, Case Number FSC033119, in the Superior Court of California, County of Solano. At AM 11:46 on Friday, October
16, 2009, at the request of Robert E. Barnes, attorney for James King the clerk entered the dismissal of this case which Mr. James KIng filed
on March 16, 2009. Later that day Judge Power vacated the OSC (Order to Show Cause) hearing for
October 19, 2009.
