On December 15, the California State Auditor began accepting applications for service on the Redistricting Commission. Here is the webpage for the explanation of how to apply, and the application itself. The Commission will draw the legislative district boundaries after the 2010 census. Half the votes in half the gerrymander districts (WHOMEVER is making the districts) is about 25 percent ANTI-Democracy minority rule.
Way too difficult STONE AGE gerrymander math for the armies of math MORONS in the CA regime to understand.
Each gerrymander district = a political concentration camp — with the resulting leftwing / rightwing arrogant extremist party hack monarch.
