Your post was news to me. Can you provide examples, viz., removal from pool for change of address. I can see how one can be removed for a
change from a political party to the status of Decline to State a political affliation. In my
view that part of the law in clear, viz., the need
to be in the same political status of 5 years, but
the address change on it own makes no reason to remove from the pool.
