Wisconsin Will Keep September Primary, Will Also Ask for Waiver of New Federal Law

Three states with September primaries have recently moved their primaries to August, or are about to do so. Wisconsin, another state with a September primary (for office other than President) intends to keep its September primary, at least this year. It will request a waiver from the federal government. A new federal law requires states to mail out foreign absentee ballots at least 45 days before any election. It is difficult for states to comply with this federal law if they keep a September primary.

  1. How soon before the gerrymander Congress party hacks pass a TOTAL election law making the State legislature gerrymander MORONS totally irrelevant ???

    I.E. — the State party hacks have been getting more and more brain dead useless since 4 July 1776.

  2. Soon, I wish. The United States and Switzerland are the only two nations in the world that don’t have one election code to govern all elections to the national legislative body.
